A Note Between Naps

It seems much too hot to do anything today, yet the People have gone out into the World.

Enjoying the quiet here without them (especially the loud one who yells at the television all the time) and considering my next move.

I'd kind of like to spend some time at the summer cottage on the Island, but I've heard there are new cats there and I'm not thrilled with the idea. However, the thought of completing my work on the back parlor wallpaper is compelling... if I worked at it, I could probably eat off the entire lower portion in a single day.

Anyway, back to work - there are some parts of the FP's shoes that lack teeth marks.

Thank Goodness Today is a Rest Day

I'm worn out from following le Tour. So far, the MP's picks have been fantastic, but I can't be bothered to keep track of all the statistics.

In the meantime, I posted some videos of Piper.

Enough, already. I've been trying to upload some videos but I'm just worn out from my day.

A day in the life:

17 hours of beauty sleep

3 hours grooming for lordssakes

1 hour eating / using the commode

1 hour monitoring the situation

1 hour allowing humans to pet me

.5 hours disciplining Piper

.5 hours much-needed downtime

I'm not sure how I will manage to find time to update this blog.

Maybe I'll steal the MP's iPad.

The Medium Is The Message

I felt it important to begin this blog with a quote from someone who knows what he's talking about - so few people do.

This blog is a perfect example: my people think it is hilarious to take videos of the other cat who lives here. She's ridiculous - fetching toys, watching television, kissing up to the people - she might as well be a dog.

Anyway, some of you might find this amusing.
